1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Penidabet ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at penidabet.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Penidabet website, mobile interface, account services, games, sportsbook, payment processing, bonus systems, and any other service made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing your account, or using any feature of the Penidabet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and Penidabet.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on Penidabet.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-cash incentive issued by Penidabet subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money into a Player's Account via a supported payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, instant win game, or other gambling product accessible through the platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the Penidabet website, including all its pages, games, services, and features.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits and winnings held in a Player's Account that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of Real Money Funds from a Player's Account to a supported payment method.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all transactions on the platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Penidabet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Penidabet enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Penidabet account.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Penidabet or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
6. You understand that gambling involves risk and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through use of the platform.
7. You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

4. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on Penidabet. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if any of it changes.

Penidabet reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not automatically confer any right to access bonuses or promotions, which are subject to separate eligibility criteria.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person. Penidabet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Penidabet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal requests. KYC is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (NRIC / MyKad), Driver's License, or International Passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address in Malaysia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used to fund your Penidabet account (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow).
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your photo ID document beside your face, with both your face and the relevant ID details clearly visible.

Penidabet reserves the right to request additional documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Standard KYC verification takes between 24 and 48 business hours once all required documents are received.

6. Terms of Use

By using the Penidabet platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree that your use of the platform does not and will not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule in any jurisdiction in which you are located;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Penidabet or any third party;
• Involve any form of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, or other automated tools) to play games or interact with the platform;
• Involve money laundering or the use of the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Involve knowingly exploiting system errors, bonus vulnerabilities, or technical glitches for unfair financial gain;
• Cause disruption, impairment, or damage to the platform's infrastructure, servers, or other users' experience.

Penidabet reserves the right to void bets, cancel bonuses, and suspend or close accounts where any of the above prohibited behaviours are identified, regardless of whether such activity has resulted in winnings being recorded.

7. Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Penidabet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit made from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Penidabet currently accepts deposits in MYR via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, Litecoin/LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — generally RM30 for e-wallets and DuitNow, RM100 for FPX bank transfers, and an equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly; FPX bank transfer deposits typically take 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are credited after one network confirmation (typically 15–60 minutes depending on coin and network congestion). Penidabet does not charge deposit fees. Fees levied by your own bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.

Penidabet reserves the right to change supported payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing times at any time. Current limits and methods are displayed on the deposit page of your account.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless the original method cannot receive funds (e.g., a prepaid card). In such cases, Penidabet may require additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed on your account. Penidabet does not charge fees for standard withdrawals to Malaysian payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to change.

Standard processing times for approved withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval; Boost and GrabPay withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong typically within 30–60 minutes during Malaysian banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

Penidabet reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional information.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

Penidabet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

Key bonus conditions that apply across all Penidabet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in total wagers before conversion).
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, bets placed on any single game round, spin, or sports event must not exceed RM25 (or an equivalent amount for live dealer or sports markets). Bets exceeding this threshold while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%; certain game categories may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are listed on the individual promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated on the promotion page, typically between 7 and 30 days from issuance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously constitutes a breach of bonus terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: Penidabet actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging, pattern betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal variance, and systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics. Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Penidabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus or promotional credit awarded in error will be reclaimed, regardless of whether it has been partially or fully wagered.

10. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds are final once accepted and confirmed by the platform. Penidabet does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets. In the event of a technical failure, game crash, or server disruption that prevents the completion of a game round, the following policy applies:

• If the round cannot be determined as a win or loss, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's account as a void result.
• If game logs confirm the outcome prior to disruption, that outcome will stand.
• Penidabet's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

Sports betting markets are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing a bet. In-play betting odds reflect real-time market conditions and are subject to change. Bets placed after an event has commenced are accepted at Penidabet's discretion and may be voided if accepted in error.

Penidabet covers major sporting markets relevant to Malaysian players including Liga Super Malaysia, Malaysian FA Cup, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, badminton, Formula 1, and e-sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform functionality;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or poker variant;
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform's software;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering multiple accounts or using the accounts of other players;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the placement of criminally derived funds through the platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.

12. Responsible Gambling

Penidabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and cut-offs after a defined period of play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from all Penidabet services, effective for a minimum of six (6) months and not reversible within that period.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Penidabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Confirmed underage gambling;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 or more consecutive months).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be delayed pending investigation. Where an account is closed in good standing (e.g., at the player's own request), any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees, provided KYC has been completed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Penidabet and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software defects, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes returned;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow);
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure your credentials.

In no event shall Penidabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Penidabet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the proprietary property of Penidabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from Penidabet.

Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective licensed game studios. Use of any game content outside of normal gameplay is prohibited.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Penidabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. In cases of significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we may notify you via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Penidabet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Penidabet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
